Our application is to help users develop their own training plans.
The first time the user opens the program, the application content is empty, you must click the new symbol button in the upper right corner to add a training plan.
Users are required to input training names, exercise quantities, time intervals, and increase the contents of the contents. Click Save.
The new training plan will be displayed on the home page, where users can train according to their own content and update the training results manually after the training is completed.
Although the application may not help you complete your training plan, as long as you stick to it and never give up, you will be able to achieve your training plan.
